Educational Facilities
• UNC Boiler Project: Addition of a new boiler and related pumps to supply heating system for the UNC campus facilities.
• UNC Classroom Technology: Remodeling of several existing classrooms for addition of audio and video technology enhancements.
• UNC Air Handling VFD: ( GREEN PROJECT / Addition & Motor Replacement ) Replace motors throughout Michener Library, Candelabra, and other various campus facilities for existing HVAC equipment. This included the addition of Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) to all replacement motors for energy savings.
