Industrial Waste Water Treatment Process

We are currently working with City of Ft. Collins staff, MWH Engineering, Carollo Electrical Engineers, & Hydro Construction on many new & upgrade projects at their 10 MGD Drake Water Reclamation Facility. We are partnering to construct an odor control project to reduce odor emissions for the facility. We are also working with the polymer feed system. We have recently completed upgrades on their polymer dewatering & magnesium feed systems, replacement of a 9 section MCC & (2) PLC's while keeping the facility operational. We are involved with several projects that are in the design stages. These includes (2) additional MCC replacements, a 30 KVA UPS labatory power backup system, a grit removal project, additional odor control projects, several PLC upgrades, & a 75% facility upgrade of their 5 MGD Mulberry facility.
Recently we completed a .7 MGD design-build Waste Water Treatment Facility in Milliken, Colorado. The project design team consisted of the Town of Milliken, Jacobson & Helgoth, Sasakura Engineering, & Hydro Construction. The project included upgrades of the existing headwork's building, a new Aero-mod quad train, nutrient removal system, a vortex grit removal chamber, a two story Blower and centrifuge building consisting of a bay for drive-in dewatered bio solids disposal, and a new Administration/ UV disinfection building.
CDM Electric, Inc. completed a new .45 MGD design-build Waste Water Treatment Facility in 2003. Working with the Town of Wellington, The Engineering Company (TEC) staff and Sasakura Engineering, along with Hydro Construction. Design team members helped excel the project by designing while construction was under way as the final design was completed. Work on this project provided the City of Wellington a new headworks building, a new dual channel aeration basin along with two new clarifiers, a new RAS/WAS building, a new dewatering building and digester basin. This included leaving future capabilities to expand to 1.8 MGD.
We have also completed a design-build expansion to the Waste Water Treatment Facility in Julesburg. A new Aero-Mod dual train, nutrient removal system, Pista grit removal system, an electric bar screen and a UV disinfections system was the focus in this addition along with anew headworks building.
